1. Moroccan Mint Tea with Cinnamon

Mint is a calming and soothing herb which is great to break up mucus and relieve sore throat. This version of mint tea is amazingly delicious, reminds me of glintwein and has tons of healthy benefits.

Ingredients:
-          2 sticks of cinnamon
-          some cloves
-          several orange slices
-          several lime slices
-          ginger
-          two tea spoons of brown sugar
-          a bunch of mint
-          black tea
 Mix all ingredients in a tea pot and smash a bit with a muddler. Add boiling water and let sit for several minutes.

2. My version of the best remedy to fight cold – amazingly tasty ginger tea!

Ingredients:
-          Fresh ginger
-          Lemon
-          2 sticks of cinnamon
-          Chamomile
-          Green tea
-          Dried black current leaves
-          Honey

The proportions depend on the size of your pot. In any case – it is better to put more than less. If it gets too concentrated, simply add more hot water.

The smell of this tea is beyond any words amazing – the taste is even better! It is very Christmassy too.

3. Hot homemade cranberry drink

Ingredients:
-          Boiled fresh cranberries
-          Sugar
-          2 sticks of cinnamon

Cranberries are great to promote the immune system and fight bacteria. This drink is delicious both hot and cold. It helps improving the urinary track system as well.

Ingredients:
-          Black tea leaves
-          Fresh or frozen sea buckthorn
