I never get tired of avocados - they are extraordinarily healthy and instantly make any dish appetizing. Incorporating them in desserts and smoothies is what I am into nowadays. This morning's invention "Fifty shades of green" proved to be a success. Sweet and sour with a kick of spirulina and kale - it is both delicious and wholesome! Perfectly satisfying breakfast.

Frozen Kale
1 tsp Spirulina
Birch Sap
