My current obsession is to include as much super foods as
possible into our every day diet.
I am usually very skeptical about anything trendy that has
to do with lots of PR and everyone seems to be obsessed about. I prefer
following my intuition and keep living the way I like and not the way that is
being currently hyped.
Obsession with smoothies, healthy eating and super foods is
one of a few exceptions.

Wow, it’s been 5 months since my trip to Europe back in
August of 2014! I spent 10 amazing days in Germany and France and published posts
only about 3 of them and then…well, then happened life. Yes, life happened and
carried me away into a swirl of events, not letting go from its tight grip.
School, job, another job, a couple of vacations, my Mom’s visit (yay!), my
boyfriend’s demands to stop spending all my time with the laptop and to
actually pay attention to people around…and lots and lots of other things, good
things mostly, which took all my time and energy and kept me away from writing.
Extra Special Valentine’s Layered Smoothie
Today I decided to make an extra sweet and extra nice and
extra beautiful smoothie for my boyfriend! I came up with this layered smoothie
recipe – it was delicious and looked gorgeous!

15 Delicious Smoothies for Weight Loss
My little adventure called “A smoothie a day – 15 Days, 15
Smoothies” is over! The initial plan to make one smoothie every day and to finish
them all in 2 weeks, of course, did not go quite this way! It took me maybe two
months to finish them all, or even more? Oh well, the important thing I did not
quit! Finishing things is a huge challenge for me and I feel proud even of this
little accomplishment J
Anyways, I’ve gathered all 15 smoothies into this post to
make it an easy access for anyone who is in search of new delicious smoothies
recipes!

My friend recently told me about the Complaint Free World movement, which is supposedly a life changing program. Bill Bowen advises that it takes 21 days of not complaining to actually break the habit of complaining. His solution is simple – wear a purple rubber bracelet on your hand and count days. Once you complain, switch hands and start counting days from the beginning. The goal is to reach 21 days of continuously complaint free life.
